Deadline to purchase tickets is May 26th 5:00 PM EST.
Checks must be postmarked on or before May 20th.
Prize has a fair market value over $500.00.
Raffle ticket numbers will be distributed via email (physical raffle tickets will not be distributed).
Winner will be selected in a random drawing held at Kentucky Gun Company on May 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST. The drawing will be broadcast on Facebook Live. Only one winner will be chosen. Need not be present to win.
Winner will be announced at drawing and notified via phone, email, and/or certified mail within seven (7) days of drawing.
Hunt includes three (3) days of scouting and ten (10) days of hunting with accommodations in Unit 4.
Transportation to and from hunt is not included.
All taxes and other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

Kentucky residents and non-residents may purchase raffle entries.
Minors are eligible to enter with the understanding that they will not be eligible for the firearm giveaway. A parent/guardian must be willing to accept the firearm prize.
Only individuals may purchase tickets.
There is no limit on the number of entries that may be purchased by any one individual.
One winner will be selected in a physical drawing. Tickets will be placed in a receptacle designed so that each ticket has an equal chance of being drawn.
There is no limit to the number of assistants a hunter may take on their hunt. Only the permit holder is allowed to hunt.
Winner must follow all KDFWR rules and regulations regarding Elk hunting.
Winner will be required to purchase a Kentucky Hunting License prior to the Elk Tag being issued.
Background check/firearm registration required from the winner. Gun purchasers and owners are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, ownership, possession, and use of firearms.
All raffle entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Winner must claim their prize within thirty (30) days of notification date, or a new winner will be selected.
Winner must pick up CZ 557 American Synthetic from Kentucky Gun Company (401 Glenwood Drive, Bardstown, KY 40004).
